1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and l444ap ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the l444ap website, creating a player account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotional offer, you unconditionally accept this Agreement in its entirety.

If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, you must cease using the l444ap platform immediately and close your account. Use of the platform after the effective date of any updated version of these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms, regardless of whether you have read them.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services offered through l444ap, including but not limited to: the sports betting sportsbook, live casino, slot games, card and table games, crash and instant games, and any promotional or bonus programmes operated by or in association with l444ap.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the l444ap platform is subject to the following strict eligibility requirements. You represent and warrant that you meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on every subsequent occasion that you access the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. l444ap strictly prohibits use of its platform by anyone under the age of 18. This policy is non-negotiable and is enforced through mandatory identity verification.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual for your own personal entertainment and are not acting on behalf of a third party, business entity, or organised betting syndicate.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or close associate of l444ap or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment partners, unless prior written consent has been obtained from l444ap's compliance team.
• You are not located in or a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable law.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by l444ap or any recognised responsible gaming organisation that restricts your access to gambling services.
• You have not been diagnosed with or are not currently receiving treatment for a gambling addiction unless you have obtained written clearance from a qualified medical professional and have notified l444ap's support team accordingly.

l444ap reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe stipulated by l444ap's compliance team will result in the suspension of the account and the withholding of pending withdrawal requests until verification is complete.

Age verification is conducted as part of the standard KYC process. Bangladesh players may submit a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate as primary proof of age. Where any doubt exists regarding a player's age, l444ap will suspend the account and withhold all funds until age has been conclusively verified. If a player is confirmed to be under 18, the account will be permanently closed and any deposits made will be returned to the original payment source after deducting any winnings derived from play during the underage period.

3. Account Registration & Security

To participate in any real-money gaming activity on l444ap, you must complete the registration process and create a player account. The following rules govern account registration and ongoing account security obligations.

3.1 Registration Requirements

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in account termination.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on l444ap at any time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, shared payment methods, or shared IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. l444ap employs automated systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all bonus winnings derived from the duplicate accounts will be voided and the accounts will be merged or closed at l444ap's discretion.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances. l444ap will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify l444ap's support team immediately via live chat. l444ap will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain reasonable security over their login credentials.

3.4 KYC Verification

l444ap operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme in accordance with standard international anti-money laundering (AML) and player protection practices. All players will be required to complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed. Verification documents accepted from Bangladesh players include:

• Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) — front and back
• Valid passport (data page photograph clearly visible)
• Bangladesh driving licence
• Recent utility bill, bank statement, or mobile financial service statement (dated within 90 days) as proof of address

l444ap may request additional documentation at any time where there are reasonable grounds to do so, including during enhanced due diligence reviews, large withdrawal requests, or where unusual account activity has been flagged by the platform's fraud detection systems.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on l444ap are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players based in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, Sonali Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 via bKash or Nagad and ৳200 via Rocket or Upay.
• l444ap does not charge any processing fee on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges — please check with your provider before depositing.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Depositing from a third-party account is prohibited and will trigger a compliance review.
• l444ap reserves the right to impose deposit limits on individual accounts at its discretion, particularly where responsible gaming concerns have been identified.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account verified as belonging to the account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• KYC verification must be completed in full before any withdrawal request is approved.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–24 hours for bKash and Nagad, and within 1–3 business days for bank transfers, subject to the volume of requests and any additional verification requirements.
• l444ap reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where fraud, money laundering, or terms violation is suspected, pending the outcome of an internal investigation.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements have been met in full. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

l444ap offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to the specific terms stated at the time each individual bonus or promotion is claimed.

• All bonus offers are available to players who have completed registration and, where applicable, made a qualifying deposit of the minimum amount specified in the promotion details.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash without first satisfying the applicable wagering requirements.
• Where a wagering requirement is stated (e.g., 30x), the player must wager the total of the bonus amount multiplied by that figure on eligible games before any portion of the bonus balance or winnings derived from it may be withdrawn.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate. The exact contribution rates for each game type will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any unwagered bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated time limit.
• l444ap reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring bonuses already claimed under the original terms.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, or placing hedged bets across bonus and real-money balances to guarantee risk-free withdrawals — is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-derived winnings.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the l444ap platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the following obligations at all times. Breach of any of these obligations constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances.

6.1 General Obligations

• You will use the platform solely for your own personal entertainment and will not use it for any commercial purpose, professional gambling operation, or organised betting scheme.
• You will keep your account information accurate and up to date. Any change in your registered address, payment method, or contact details must be reported to l444ap's support team promptly.
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction with respect to online gambling.
• You will not attempt to access the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the l444ap platform:

• Use of any automated software, bot, script, spider, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotional event.
• Exploitation of software errors, glitches, or display faults. Any winnings derived from a game malfunction are void and will not be paid out.
• Abuse, harassment, or threatening behaviour directed at l444ap staff, support agents, or other players via any channel.
• Initiating a payment chargeback or dispute through your bank or payment provider without first raising the matter with l444ap's support team and allowing a reasonable resolution period of at least 7 business days.
• Money laundering, or using the platform to disguise the origin of funds derived from illegal activity.
• Use of VPN, proxy server, or any IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or account-level bans.

7. Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the l444ap platform are supplied by internationally recognised game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to the rules set by its respective provider, which are accessible within the game interface.

Slot and table game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently verified by the game providers' compliance programmes. l444ap does not interfere with game outcomes and has no ability to alter RNG-determined results.

Live casino games are streamed in real time from studios operated by the relevant game provider. Results are determined by physical game elements — cards, roulette wheels, dice — under the supervision of trained dealers and studio oversight teams. l444ap does not control live game outcomes.

In the event of a technical failure during a game round — including server disconnection, power outage, or software error — the outcome of the affected round will be determined based on the last confirmed game state recorded in l444ap's server logs. Where no valid game state can be recovered, the bet will be voided and the wager returned to the player's account balance.

l444ap publishes indicative Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot titles. These percentages reflect the theoretical long-run average payout over a statistically significant number of game rounds and do not guarantee any individual outcome or session result.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

l444ap reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion where it reasonably determines that a breach of this Agreement has occurred, or where continued operation of the account poses a compliance, fraud, or reputational risk to the platform.

8.1 Voluntary Closure

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting l444ap's support team via live chat. Before closing an account, any remaining real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be paid out to the player's verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion via the Responsible Gaming tools available in Account Settings, or by contacting l444ap's support team directly. During any self-exclusion period, login access is disabled, all marketing communications are suspended, and no deposits can be processed. 8.3 Involuntary Suspension or Closure

l444ap may suspend or close an account without prior notice in circumstances including, but not limited to: suspected fraud or money laundering, breach of the one-account policy, provision of false registration information, bonus abuse, use of prohibited software, chargebacks initiated without prior support contact, or any other material breach of this Agreement. Where an account is closed for fraud or terms violation, all balances — including real-money funds and bonus balances — may be forfeited at l444ap's discretion pending the outcome of any investigation.

8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after a period of 12 consecutive calendar months without any login activity. l444ap will attempt to contact the account holder via registered email before applying any dormancy administration fee. Where no response is received within 30 days of notification, a monthly maintenance charge may be applied to the dormant account balance. Players can reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.
